Please allow for a 2-day processing time. Unless stated otherwise all shipping is USPS standard ground, 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information

ISSUES WITH ORDERS
Our products are handmade with 100% natural ingredients and no artificial additives and as such, you may find slight variations from batch to batch. (such as slight scent/color changes). Your satisfaction is at the utmost importance to us. We welcome your feedback at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of order delivery at email@example.com and provide us with an image of the damaged item . We are happy to replace any damaged items reported within 48 hours of order delivery at no additional shipping cost for the replacement of damaged item(s).
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our hand-made products, we do not accept order cancellations and returns. We are happy to offer a replacement or store credit under certain circumstances. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org with any concerns about your purchase so we can find a resolution.
We will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase as your satisfaction is our top priority.
Native Science Botanicals is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement/compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Native Science Botanicals. Return shipping will be deducted from the store credit.
